WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR DREAM HOUSE, IN PART

We work with you to envision the exterior design you love. With our 3D feature application, we will create the exterior that depicts your personality and showcase a house that fit into your new neighborhood or location. Take notes and make a wish list, understand the elements of the exterior design, material, and cladding to bring your dream house to life as we collaborate with you.

Here at Katpa Design Architect, we consider among many things, the exterior colors, yardage and landscape design are attributes in creating the exterior design you will love. Whether you have a small lot or large acreage, we make sure your featured project fits in the landscape, and the neighborhood you have selected to call home.

We strive to meet your creativity when we collaborate to bring your dream house come to life. We consider all the different angles and times of the day, to foresee that all things considered, these attributes will enhance how your exterior house will look. We also look at the patios, shades or porches, wall cladding whether metal or concrete, or other material to be used to form the aesthetics of the exterior of the house. How about the door entries, high ceiling, large windows, corners and trims, warm colors versus dark colors, all these elements are considered to make sure you are satisfied with your dream house. These elements can impact the design and exterior of your home.

A high ceiling and large windows not only allow the illusion of space but
also showcase high end, luxury and contemporary exclusivity. With large open windows, you can maximize natural light. If you are looking at a high performance house in terms of heating and insulation, we can be able to meet those design specification to meet your dream house.
